똥쌀까말까~ 똥쌀까말까~ (To tune of Fantastic Baby Boom-Shakalaka Chorus)

My Elementary School Grade 2/3 Students.

It means “should I poop or not?” (Approx pronunciation guide: ddong ssalka malka) It’s freaking HILARIOUS. Kids just walk around saying should I poop or not to the tune of Boom Shakalaka. I love it so much.

I finally have a winner for the Alive Album Giveaway.

It’s kyrasantos and you should go to her tumblr and shower her with congratulations!

I will be shipping the package out this Monday morning. ^_^

Thanks to all of you for your interest in the giveaway and for your (hopefully) continue support.

The original winner did not reply in the 24 hour time limit. As such, I have selected a new winner via random.org. I have contacted this person privately and am waiting a response.

The winner, again, has 24 hours to reply before the package gets moved to the next in line.

Please, please, please respond to your messages people!

After much time spent tallying entries and deleting repeat rebloggers and verifying who is a follower for extra entries, the winner of the Big Bang Alive Album has officially been selected!

Congratulations to michellechaa, the winner of Wally’s Alive Album Giveaway!

I have sent a message to her, and am waiting for her response. She has 24 hours, and if she doesn’t respond I will move to the next person in the list.

Send your congratulations to michellechaa!

The Alive Album Giveaway is officially closed. I’m currently prepping and reviewing entries for multiple reblogs, follows, etc. It will take at least until Wednesday night for me to review the over 2000 total entries.

Be on the look out late wednesday/early Thursday (Korea time) for an announcement!

Thanks!

You have just under 3 and a half hours. Remember only one reblog. But if you haven’t yet, go do it!

I know this isn’t breaking news, but still. OMG LOVE.

So.

The store I usually buy my cds from only has the GD version of the BB Alive album. I didn’t buy it cuz I figured I could try to go to another place.

But if I can’t find a BB group one, I’m just gonna buy whatever I can… Better than nothing right?

I told all of you it was real and no one believed me. I feel so victorious. It was obviously real, but people were denying it. Also, I’d like to add that getting a big tattoo on your ribs for your first tattoo is not that bad. Yes it hurts, but you people make it seem like it’s torture. It’s not that bad. If I don’t cry, it’s not that painful. I didn’t cry when I got mine, which has coloring and lots of shading, which is the most painful. Clearly no one on tumblr has ever gotten a tattoo. lol

I’m seeing some fan accounts saying that Big Show was too unlike previous Big Shows, that it was too westernized and not “Big Bang”, and that the boys didn’t seem happy. To be honest, reading some of those fan accounts made me pretty sad.

Even though I didn’t attend the show, I’m going to give my two cents on this.

I agree that Big Bang looked happy. Especially Daesung. TOP did look tired, but he wasn’t feeling well. Seungri was also full of happiness the whole concert.

I disagree that other people wouldn’t know about the parodies. It seems like the author of this post believes that just because it’s a world tour, the people who will attend this concert will not be interested in the parody, because they won’t get it. The people who will attend this concert are Big Bang/kpop fans. They are not people who just decided to go some kpop concert. Yes, the Alive Tour is an attempt to promote internationally, but it is the first step to gaining publicity on an international level. The people attending these concerts (the great majority of them at least) will be familiar with Big Bang, and their previous shows, and the parodies they do. Many will also be familiar with the dramas as people interested in Big Bang are typically (not uniformally, but generally) not interested ONLY in Big Bang but in other aspects of the larger Korean culture.

I also disagree that it is every kpop artist’s goal to become globally successful.
